Mary and Shane- Maui, Hawaii Wedding Part 1 | Destination Wedding Photographer

soo.. I know how overdue this post is, however I can't help it that we took a zillion and one photos of Mary and Shane on their beautiful wedding day.  and by we I must say THANK YOU to my dear friend Alisha Robb.  Alisha and I met in Photography school in Dayton.  She had always wanted to go live somewhere out of Ohio (can't blame her)  and of course if you had anywhere to go where would you pick... HAWAII*
Alisha flew from Oahu over to Maui on the day of the wedding at 5:30am :)  We hung out on the beach and watched the sunrise over the mountains.  What an absolute perfect way to start a wedding day!!!!
Anyways... Mary and Shane are so in love and so connected its beautiful.  I was completely honored to go to Hawaii to shoot their amazing images.  Mary was part of the Ben-Gal organization for over 20 years!  She is a remarkable woman.  Shane and her are a perfect fit.  Shane is one of the nicest guys I have ever met.  He is so sweet with Mary too.  When she walks in the room his eyes light up.  Its magical to watch.  Everyone knows that I cry at every wedding but I really had to hold this one back.  They choose to not have Mary's boys with them- it was Ray (brought the hubby- since it was our 2 year anniversary and Hawaii is our favorite place to go- and where we spent the first days of our new married life) Myself, Alisha.. but wait.. An old friend of Shane's happened to be on Oahu and flew over to surprise him!
This blog post will have to be done in parts because there are so many images I want to share with you... Here is the beginning of the wedding day...
